The Capacity-First Life Series grew out of years of living with chronic pain, navigating expectations, and discovering that the life we're told we should be living doesn't always resemble the one we're actually experiencing.

These books aren't about having everything figured out. They're about finding ways to live, create, connect, and occasionally laugh when life refuses to follow the plan.

Whether you're here because of chronic illness, a love of personal storytelling, or the simple exhaustion of trying to do everything everyone expects, I'm glad you found your way here.

There are more books coming, along with plenty of thoughts, experiences, and observations I haven't quite figured out how to keep to myself.
